K.L.E. Society’s Bachelor of Computer Applications (Belgaum) :
This course was started in the campus of Raja Lakhamagouda Science Institute in the year 1999, at Belgaum to promote Computer Education at the degree level. This College is affiliated to Karnataka University, Dharwad and provides facilities like Well equipped library, A computer laboratory with fifty computers and internet facility, Separate hostels for boys and girls with all the required facilities, Well equiped classrooms and above all a highly qualified staff . It is a three year course and any student who has finished his/her p.u.c from science or commerce background is eligible for getting admission to the year. Besides, admissions are also open for students who have finished diploma in any field. This course is a stepping stone for anybody interested in making a career in the IT field.

Gogte Institute of Technology - GIT (Belgaum) :
The Karnataka Law Society's Gogte Institute of Technology (GIT) was established in the year 1979 with a liberal financial donation by the Late shri Raosaheb B. M. Gogte, a noted Industrialist and philanthropist. Gogte Institute of Technology (GIT) is a self-financing Engineering College and was started to meet the growing demand for technically trained manpower for industrial growth of the country. This College is affiliated to Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgaum. The college is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, INDIA. The Institute started with undergraduate courses in three Engineering disciplines. Now, it offers undergraduate courses in eight disciplines, postgraduate studies in two disciplines and a Master’s course in Computer Applications (MCA).
The Institute has highly qualified and motivated faculty who are actively involved in research and are constantly associated with practicing engineers. The Departments of Electronics & Communication and Mechanical Engineering offer M.Sc. (Engg.) by Research and Ph.D. programmes. In addition to these, the institute is planning to start two more Postgraduate Courses in the Mechanical and Electronics & Communication Engineering disciplines. This institute has seen a growth in students strength from meagre 180 in 1979 to 2359 in the academic year 2003-04. The institute has received funds of more than a one crore from various Government agencies.
The departments have well equipped laboratories with facilities for experiments and studies in areas like Flexible Manufacturing Systems, Biomass Gasification, Fluidised Bed Combustion chamber, Material Testing, Digital Signal Processing, High Voltage Engineering, VLSI and advanced surveying instrument like Total Station. The Institute’s Library is another attraction. The Institute has a very strong Industry Interaction Centre and a full-fledged Training and Placement Cell. Regular mock interviews, group discussions etc..., are conducted to train the students in developing soft skills. In addition to the high academic performance of the students, the institute has also produced high achievers in sports and extra-curricular activities.
The past students are placed in blue-chip companies through campus interviews and now some of them are top-notch professionals in India and abroad. Many reputed companies have been visiting like : Infosys Technologies and Wipro Technologies, Bangalore, etc..... GIT under all changing situations has always retained qualified staff in all the branches without even giving any thought of closing any branch run by the Institute.
